According to Vedic astrology Jupiter is an auspicious planet which gives purity, honesty, truthfulness and happiness. Out of all the benefic planets Jupiter is considered to be the most auspicious planet of all. Jupiter is the Karak planet of knowledge in every Kundali. It is considered the planet of intelligence. It is also the Karak planet for wisdom and diligence. The placement of Jupiter is properly analyzed in a Kundali along with other Yogas.

Natives who are influenced by Jupiter are generally fat and suffer from cough. They have a loud voice, brown eyes and sometimes brown or golden hair.
