Influence of the Lord of Periods and Sub-Periods on the House and Signs

The results of periods or sub-periods are influenced by the signs and houses. The person gets results according to the period of the specific house and its sign. When any auspicious planet is placed in Kendra or Trine, then it gives auspicious results during its period and sub-period. Auspicious planet is formed when Moon of Shukla Paksha is placed with Mercury, Jupiter and Venus. 13. Position of Malefic Planets in Kendra and Trine

The planets such as -Sun, Mars, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu are considered as malefic planets. Auspicious planets are Moon of Shukla Paksha. Position of Planets and the Results of Periods

1. Sampurna (Complete) Period
If any planet is located in the exalted sign or strong (Shadbali) in the birth-chart, then the period of the planet is called complete period. The person incurs happiness, prosperity and popularity during the period or sub-period of these planets.

2. Purna (Complete) Period
When any planet is located in its own sign or any auspicious planet aspects it in the birth-chart, then the person will reap good results during the period or sub-period of that planet. In addition, he will also achieve high position, benefits and success in his life.

3. Shubh (Auspicious) Period
When any planet is located in the friendly sign or is aspected by the friendly planets, then the person gets auspicious results during this period. The fruits of the period/sub-period of the auspicious planets will become more auspicious. In other words, it gives a person good results during the complete period. There are also high possibilities for the person to get success and lead towards progress during this period.

4. Arohini Period
The planets moving towards the exalted sign from debilitated sign, their periods or sub-periods are called Arohini period. 5. Avrohini Period
