Kundali of Settled Planets

According to Lal Kitab, Rashis, Nakshatras and Panchang have been done away with and Ascendant is assigned Aries followed by Taurus and so on as it is in the Natural Zodiac.

1. Sun is given the Lordship of ascendant and 5th house.
2. Jupiter is the owner of 2nd,5th,9th,11th and 12th houses.
3. Mars owns the 3rd house and 8th house.
4. Moon owns 4t house.
5. Mercury owns the 6th house.
6. Venus owns the 7th house.
7.Saturn owns 8th and 10th houses.
8. Ketu sixth and rahu 12th house.

It may be true that Lal Kitab does not give much importance to Rashis and Nakshatras but still their reflections and importance are evident at several places. Rashis certainly have an effect. For instance Jupiter in First house in Capricorn sign will become Malefic.

It can’t be ignored totally because they have their relevance but the emphasis is on the houses and Karakas. Lal Kitab does attach importance to Rashis and Nakshatras as the remedies suggested for 43 days are based on 28 Nakshatras plus 12 Rashis and 3 days of grace period.

Settled planets are those planets which are not in conjunction or combination with an enemy planet and there is no enemy planet placed in their fixed houses or signs. These planets are very strong and auspicious.

For example, Moon, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Ketu are settled planets in the birth-chart. If Moon is placed in its own sign and in the fixed house and if it is free from any conjunction or combination with a malefic planet, then the Moon will be one of the settled planets.

Mercury is also a settled planet. Its auspiciousness will be doubled because Mercury is placed with Ketu in their fixed house. It’s the same situation with Jupiter, because the twelfth house is the fixed house of Jupiter and Rahu and they both are present in this house. Venus is also considered as a settled planet because it fulfills all the conditions of a settled planet in the birth chart.

Therefore, these planets will give good results whether they are malefic or benefic. In a nutshell every planet in own sign, exalted or in a friends sign will give good results. An exalted planet even if it is in an enemy sign or destroyed by an enemy planet will not give bad results, but may remain neutral.

A malefic planet will be more malefic if it occupies the 8th house, the evil house of death. An auspicious planet will never give up its goodness for example an exalted planet is placed with a malefic planet, this auspicious exalted planet will never harm the malefic planet and will also not cause any harm to the native.

A planet whether good or bad if occupies its own sign or house will give results as per its nature for example Rahu in eighth house will give malefic results. If all the planets are placed in malefic houses, then the person becomes bold and strong and wins over enemies.The native will be capable of fighting the whole world.
