Combust State of Planets

When a planet comes near Sun while revolving in the zodiac, then it becomes weak. This state of planets is known as combust state. This is similar to the condition of the person whose eyes are blinded by the intense light of a vehicle and in this condition he has to stand at one side of the road.

When a planet is in combust state then it is unable to give favourable results. The distance of the planet from sun is responsible for this state of planets.

Let us now understand the combust state of the planets.

Rahu and Ketu are not real the planets but are sensitive points calculated by mathematics. These are also known as shadow planets. On the contrary, Rahu acts as a hurdle for Sun due to which the condition of eclipse arises. Sun is considered to be the lord of all the planets. Lord Agni is worshipped to please Sun. Moon is the queen and to please the Moon lord Varuna should be worshipped. Mars is the commander and Subhramanya, the son of Shiva is worshipped specially to please Mars.

Mercury is the prince. One gets blessings of Mercury when lord Vishnu is worshipped. Jupiter is minister and is related to lord Indra. Venus is also a minister and goddess Shachi is its lord.Saturn is the helper and Bramha is its lord. Rahu and Ketu form the army and lord Brahma is worshipped to pacify them.
