Inauspicious Signs - The Characteristics of Various Inauspicious sign

There are 12 zodiac signs. These twelve signs can be categorized under Auspicious signs and Inauspicious signs.

Auspicious Signs are the signs that produce positive vibrations by default. Whereas, Inauspicious Signs are the signs that produce negative vibrations by default. But the term Auspicious and Inauspicious very much depends on the relativity with the planet.

According to Indian astrology, there are six masculine zodiac signs. These signs are the inauspicious signs numbered as 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11. These positive signs are Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius.They are also referred to as male signs. A person born in one of these zodiac signs will inherit the characteristics of male sign.

A native-born with positive signs are Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius. He will be bold, active, assertive, determined, offensive and dominant.

Astrology classifies the remaining six zodiac signs as negative signs. These are the auspicious signs and are counted as 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. These negative signs are Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn & Pisces.

If you are born in one of these negative zodiac signs, you will be very passive and receptive. You will be highly defensive. You will always be apprehensive and you will repress your feelings more as compared to positive sign natives.

If in females, a woman's ascendant and Moon sign fall in the inauspicious sign or masculine sign, she will have a masculine appearance and might be unlucky. While if a man is born with ascendant and Moon sign in inauspicious signs or in masculine sign, he appears more masculine. If his both signs fall in the auspicious sign or feminine sign, he has a feminine appearance.

Strength acquired by the tenancy of auspicious & inauspicious Zodiac signs in both Rashi & Navamsa is called as Ojayugma Rasyamsa Bala. Certain planets acquire strength in inauspicious signs while others get strengthened inauspicious signs. Certain mathematical values are assigned to planets who become powerful in both inauspicious or auspicious signs.

The values given are in 1/60 units called Shashtiyanshas. Moon and  Venus in auspicious Signs in both Rasi or Navamsa attain a strength of15 Shashtiyanshas. While in inauspicious signs Sun, Mars, Jupiter, Mercury and Saturn get a strength of a similar value in both Rashi and Navamsha.

Aries Sign
