The twelve zodiac signs are divided into 27 equal parts starting from first point of Aries to the last point of the Pisces. Each part is known as Nakshatra or Constellation. Every Nakshatra represents a body part and the disease related to it. The 2 ¼ of the constellation forms a zodiacal sign.

• Ashwini : This Nakshatra rules the Head and brain of kaalpurush.The disease related to it are Wound in the head, epilepsy, Migraine pain, Mental fever, Malaria, chicken pox.
• Bharani: This Nakshatra rules some part of Head, brain eyes and eye vision.of kaalpurush.Th disease related to it are Night blindness, cold fever, effect on the face due to heat, defect in the vision.
• Kritika : This Nakshatra rules face, Neck, Tonsilitis, lower Jaw, back part of the head of kaalpurush.The disease related to it are Pimples, blood in eyes, Tonsillitis,  swelling in the neck, flummoxed, boils.
• Rohini : This Nakshatra rules face, mouth, tongue, neck bone of kaalpurush.The disease related to it are swelling in the neck, cold fever, chest pain, irregular menstrual disorder.
• Mrigasira : This Nakshatra rules face, chin, cheek, Tonsils,  aalpurush.The disease related to it are wound on the face, cold and cough, urinary infection.
• Aadra: This Nakshatra rules Neck, Hands, Shoulders, ears of kalpurush.The disease related to it are wound throat infection, asthma, bronchitis, dry cough, ear infection.
• Punarvasu: This Nakshatra rules ear, throat, Shoulders, lungs of the kaalpurush.The disease related to it are Pneumonia, pleurisy, swelling in the ears. lungs infection, tuberculosis, blood impurity.
• Pushya: This Nakshatra rules Lungs, intestine, and Ribs of kaalpurush.The disease related to it are cancer, jaundice, payaria, and also eczema.
• Ashlesha : This Nakshatra rules lungs, intestine, food pipe, gall bladder of kaalpurush.The disease related to it are gastric, breathing trouble, indigestion, excitation, cough problem, swelling in the kidneys.
• Magha: This Nakshatra rules the heart, back, plea of kaalpurush.The disease related to it are Heart attack, back pain, heart beat, fainting, mental disease. ,
• Poorva Phalguni: This Nakshatra rules heart of kaalpurush.The disease related to it are Heart problem, sweling in the heart valve, blood pressure.
• UIttara Phalguni: This Nakshatra rules intestine of kaalpurush.The disease related to it are blockage of intestine, swelling in neck and throat.
