• When Saturn is in fourth house and Rahu is in twelfth house in Janma kundali.
• There are chances of heart disease when Sun is the Lord of sixth house and present in fourth house. It will be in Pisces ascendant’s Kundali in such a situation.
• When Saturn, Mars and Rahu are in fourth house.
• When Lord of fifth house is weak, debilitated or present in an enemy sign.
• Heart disease is possible when a malefic planet is in fifth house and fifth house is in the malefic zone.
• When Lord of fifth house is either with a malefic planet or aspected by a malefic planet.
• When Lord of ascendant is debilitated in fifth house and Mars is aspected by Saturn in fourth house.
