There are various factors in a horoscope that are analyzed to determine the health of the natives. The conditions for good health are listed below:

• The first condition for a good health is that the house of ascendant and the lord of ascendant should be strong. If the lord of auspicious house is situated in the ascendant house at the time of birth, then the native is likely to suffer from a lot of health related problems.
• Ascendant should be stronger than the eight house of the horoscope. Due to this the native doesn't have to face much health problems.
• Auspicious planets situated in the kendra are considered to be beneficial for the health of the native. But, if these planets become retrograde then the native suffers from health complications.
• Jupiter in the ascendant eliminates the defects from horoscope, if not in retrograde state.
• The health of the native suffers if the the lord of the ascendant is situated in the 6, 8 or 12th house.
• Sun is the karrak of soul, and moon of heart. Thus, it is important for both the planets to have an exalted position in a horoscope for better health.
• Ascendant placed on the axis of Rahu/Ketu is not considered auspicious for health.

Pash Dreshkana in Astrology

• If any planet is placed in the first Dreshkana of Taurus sign, then it is considered to be Pash Dreshkan. In this Dreshkana the natives have to live under as bondage.
• If any planet is placed in the first Dreshkana of Leo sign, then it is considered to be Pash Dreshkan. This is not a favourable condition for the native in the terms of health.
