Duration of a Dispute

1. If lord of the ascendant or lord of the seventh house is forming an Itthashal with Moon, then the dispute will be resolved soon.
2. If lord of the ascendant or lord of the seventh house is forming an Ishraf with Moon in the question of dispute, then the dispute will continue for a long period of time and it may take a long time to resolve.
3. If lord of the ascendant and lord of the seventh house are forming an auspicious Itthashal then there will be peace very soon.
4. If lord of the ascendant and lord of the seventh house are forming Yamya or Nakta Yoga then then the dispute will be resolved soon.
5. When two malefic planets are present in the Kundali of the question of a dispute and they have an aspect on each other, then there will be violence and chaos. If both the malefic planets are present in dual-natured signs then the violence will be maximum.
6. If Moon is forming an Itthashal Yoga with Mars, then there will be a fight between both the groups.

Nature of Judgement or Decision

1. If most of the malefic planets are present in an ascendant or tenth house , then the questioner gets a new date from the court and the judgement is not done on the current date.
2. If the lord of the tenth house is in retrograde state, then also the judgement of the court will not be on current date. A new date will be given.
3. The judgement will be favour of the planet among the lord of ascendant and the lord of seventh house, whichever is forming an Itthashal with the lord of tenth house.
4. If the lord of tenth house is having an aspect on the lord of ascendant at the time of questioning, then the questioner supports injustice. If the lord of tenth house is having an aspect on the lord of seventh house, then the opponent group supports injustice. If a relationship between the lord of second house and the lord of eighth house is forming, then there might be an exchange of money for the judgement.
5. When the lord of eighth house and the lord of tenth house are undergoing a sign change in the question of the dispute, then the officials join the culprits.
6. When the lord of tenth house is being aspected by Saturn and Mars then the justice might be in the form of a punishment.
7. If tenth house is being influenced by Saturn and Mars simultaneously, then punishment will be tough. If Moon has an Itthashal with an auspicious planet then the punishment will not be tough.
8. If auspicious planets are present in the fourth house , then the judgement will be favour of the questioner.
9. If Mercury is present in the tenth house then the judgement will be mixed.
10. If Jupiter, Venus and Sun are present in the tenth house or are forming relationship with the tenth house, then the judgement will be in accordance of the law. If only Sun is forming a relationship with the tenth house, then person might get a little punishment as well.
11. If a relationship between Rahu/Ketu and Prashna Kundali is forming, then there will be injustice.
